Under the patronage and support of Saudi Aramco, the Council launched the Traffic Safety Chair for Scientific Research, in cooperation with Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University, The Chair aims to support academic programs and scientific research in the field of traffic safety and the use of modern technology in the development of traffic systems.
It is also responsible for monitoring the quality and effectiveness of training programs, as well as providing studies and statistics to the Council. The Chair also provides specialized academic programs in line with international standards in highway safety and engineering.
